Looking for your next step into a supervisory role? At SUEZ, we're searching for a Service Delivery Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly at our busy Industrial & Commercial (I&C) depot in Aldershot.

In return we offer salary of 32,291.79 plus, up to 10% Bonus (~ 3,229), Company Pension (5% employer contributions), 25 Holiday Days + Bank Holiday, and benefits catalogue.

Total Package at the time of joining up to

What Will I Do?

This is a key operational role where most of your time will be spent managing work via systems such as ITrent, LMS and MS Office -- ensuring jobs are planned, tracked, and completed on time. You'll also act as the link between drivers, customers, and the wider depot team. This could be a great entry point into the waste and resource management sector for someone with transferable supervisory or logistics experience.


You will:


Manage day-to-day service delivery for around 23 drivers, supported by 2 driver supervisors. Use internal systems (ITrent, LMS) to monitor customer jobs, allocate work, and record data. Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve issues and update on services. Take part in daily operational meetings and ensure drivers are briefed and supported. Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Provide clear, confident instructions to drivers and support continuous improvement.

What Will You Need?

We're looking for someone organised, confident, and computer-savvy who can keep operations on track and lead people effectively.


You will need:


Strong IT skills, including MS Office and confidence learning new systems. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills -- able to guide drivers clearly and professionally. The confidence to balance being approachable with giving firm instructions when needed. Previous supervisory or logistics experience is desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence. Willingness to occasionally work weekends (overtime rates apply).
