Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a

Service Delivery Supervisor (Nights)

to lead the nightly despatch operation at our Redhouse site. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the night shift operation and supporting all warehouse functions as needed. Ensuring health & safety policies and procedures are upheld at all times. Maintaining MHRA and GDP compliance, including controlled drug and cold-chain disciplines. Monitoring and driving team performance, addressing issues, and promoting best practice. Delivering clear staff briefings and managing team communication across departments. Conducting training, inductions, and performance management reviews with team members. Managing attendance, holidays, return-to-work interviews, and absence reporting. Producing weekly/monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Managing errors, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to improve service delivery. Responding to out-of-hours issues and holding keyholder responsibilities. Supporting continuous improvement through Lean Management practices.

What We're Looking For From You

We're seeking a proactive and experienced warehouse leader who can motivate teams, drive performance, and manage night operations with professionalism and care.

Essential:

Strong leadership, delegation, and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Able to work flexibly and respond to operational demands. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational processes. Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDP, MHRA). Confident decision-maker with sound judgement. Committed to continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Desirable:

Experience with Lean Management or CI methodologies. Previous experience supervising in a regulated warehouse environment.
