is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London and the Home Counties area.

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 17 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.

The role:



Hours:

8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

The Requirements:



Scheduling experience Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage Reliable, excellent time keeping Good communication skills Good organisational skills Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
