Service Desk Coordinator
to join our team.
Duties
Customer Communication:
Answer phone calls and manage the admin email inbox, providing a professional and helpful point of contact.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Arrange and schedule routine maintenance calls with customers / Book site surveys / Complete field engineer service calls and log new site calls / Dispatch engineers to sites and use our vehicle tracker to provide customers with accurate ETAs.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure all routine maintenance visits are booked in accordingly / Handle general filing and other administrative duties.
Reporting:
Run daily, monthly, KPI reports for the directors / Ensure everything is compliant with NSI regulations.
Skills
Excellent Communication Skills:
You should be professional and clear when dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
Strong Administrative Abilities:
Proficiency with computer systems and an ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Team-Oriented Mindset:
You'll be comfortable working as part of a team while also taking ownership of your individual responsibilities.
Time Management:
You must be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer
Salary:
24,420 - 28,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience.
