Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a motivated individual to play a vital role in our service and engineering department, overseeing the day to day running of the service and maintenance bookings, liaising with both clients and engineering teams, invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

What you will be doing




As a Projects Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our Projects Team, helping to coordinate installation works, small projects, and ongoing service activity. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.


Your role will focus on:

Coordinating planned maintenance, remedial works, and engineer schedules Managing the engineering diary to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time Supporting clients with queries, updates, and excellent customer service Preparing documentation such as RAMS, quotations, and completion paperwork Processing jobs through to invoicing and ensuring commercial accuracy Building strong relationships with your portfolio of clients Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team

You'll also play a part in improving communication across the business, supporting the Service Support Team when needed, and helping ensure we meet our KPIs and deliver a high quality service every time.

Were seeking someone who is:

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks and keep of new orders and the progress of jobs Proactive & Problem-Solving: You take initiative, spot potential issues before they arise, and suggest smart solutions. A Strong Communicator: Youre comfortable liaising with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams - both over the phone and in writing. Tech-Savvy: Youre confident using software systems (ideally Simpro) and Microsoft Office. Team-Focused but Independent: You work well in a team but can manage your own workload effectively. Experienced: You have a background in logistics or operations, ideally with a customer service component.
