Service Leader Level 2


Location: Edinburgh (Gilmerton)



37.5 hours per week | Monday - Friday | No On-Call Duties

Service Leader (Level 2)

to join us in

Edinburgh

--someone who thrives in health or social care settings and is ready to inspire, support, and empower colleagues and the people we support.



What You'll Be Doing


Leading and motivating your team to deliver high quality, person-centred care and support Day to day management of

2 supported living services

with a focus on promoting choice, independence and community engagement Line managing a dedicated team of

22 staff

and supporting their growth ? Developing intensive support plans to ensure safety and quality of life Driving service delivery with positivity, professionalism, and innovation

What We're Looking For


An upbeat, positive manner and genuine passion for supporting others Experience working with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning A professional qualification in Health & Social Care: + Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 + supervisory units (Scotland)
+ Care Management Level 3 (England)
Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available) Hold a UK driving license and have use of own vehicle
