Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
This is a great opportunity to make a genuine difference, where you will be responsible for leading an engaged and motivated team of support workers to change lives and deliver truly person-centred outcomes for every person we support. You will also take the lead by driving performance, setting the pace and direction within services, promoting a positive and passionate culture, and ensuring that services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.
The people you will be supporting at this service are different in lots of ways, four ladies and two gentleman . Some are mobile and some need a little bit of physical assistance to get around their home and out and about in the community. (Some mobilise with wheelchairs).
As a leader in the service, you'll:
Inspire and guide a team of dedicated support workers
Champion person-centred care, ensuring dignity, choice, and respect
Drive performance and culture, setting the pace and direction
Ensure services are well-resourced and outcomes-focused

Essential Criteria:
Experience at Deputy Manager level or above
Willingness to register with the CQC
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
A person-centred approach
Desirable:
PBS experience
Experience in service turnaround
