The Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. You will be supporting a small but busy engineering team working within the HVAC Maintenance industry. Candidate to have experience in scheduling engineers across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Efficiently coordinate client calls, assign engineers, and plan maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Duties
Coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage maintenance schedules and job timelines effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Raise remedial works quotations and order parts for small jobs.
Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.
This is an office based role.
Experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Job Logic would be preferred but training will be given.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
