We are expanding our London operations and are seeking a skilled

Field Service Engineer

to join our growing team. This role involves commissioning, servicing, and supporting advanced HVAC systems in modern residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning:

Commission and configure domestic HVAC systems, especially ventilation and heat pump units.

Servicing & Maintenance:

Perform routine and reactive maintenance; troubleshoot technical issues effectively on-site.

Client Interaction:

Provide professional service and clear guidance to customers regarding system performance and care.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date records, including service logs and commissioning forms, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Safety:

Adhere to health & safety policies and F-Gas regulations at all times.

Team Contribution:

Work collaboratively with office and field teams, and support knowledge sharing and training when required.

Candidate RequirementsEssential

Valid

F-Gas Category 1 & 2 Certification

(2079 or equivalent) Fully

apprenticeship-trained

in mechanical, electrical, or building services disciplines At least

5 years of relevant HVAC experience

Strong commissioning and fault-finding capabilities Full

UK driving licence

Right to work in the UK

Desirable

Experience with

heat pumps

(air-to-air or air-to-water) Familiarity with

MVHR systems

Ability to read schematics and carry out basic electrical diagnostics Comfortable with mobile apps and digital service reporting tools
