We are looking for someone dynamic, customer focused, and performance driven to lead our multi-brand service team at SMC Aldershot.

Our SMC site is the flagship new and used car retailer for the SMC Group. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to make an impact from their first day to help develop and grow the service department within this exciting business.

As

Service Manager

you will be responsible for managing our multi-brand workshop, leading the Aftersales support and workshop teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be overseeing aftersales processes and handling the day-to-day operations of the service department, with an eye on parts department, to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and innovative in their approach to working, as well as have good operational knowledge and experience working within a main dealer aftersales environment.

What we're looking for in a Service Manager:



Previous Service Management experience will be required in this busy role Ability to manage and work as part of a team Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills Excellent customer service skills with exceptional standards Polite, calm and approachable personality Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems Full UK driving licence
