Who you are:



Have 3 years experience in people management (line management to mid- management level) Proven leader with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence Target driven and ambitious Experience in coaching people with the ability to adapt their style to suit individual needs Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action

As the Service Manager:



You will be a proven leader, with strong team development and communications skills. You must be able to coach and motivate the team to exceed sales and financial targets. You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service

Main Duties



Exceed the monthly financial net profit target Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience Managing a workshop manager, 2 workshop controllers, a customer experience manager and customer service advisors Responsible for a team of 13 to 15 Technicians. Develop and coach a team of up to 30 people - ongoing Ensure that your department adheres to our health and safety policy Make sure that the main KPI is exceeded Maintain an excellent relationship with our manufacturing partners Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team members

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
