Service Manager - FM Hard Services

45k - 50k salary | Full Time - Permanent | Great Opportunity with a Reputable Property Maintenance Contractor

A well-established Property Maintenance and Construction Contractor are looking for a Service Manager to join their NHS Contract managing Hard FM reactive and planned maintenance throughout Hospitals and Healthcare sites in Bristol and Surrounding areas. This is great opportunity for an experienced FM Service Manager or a Maintenance supervisor looking to make a step up.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary 45k - 50k

Travel Pay

What we are looking for from a Building Services Maintenance Engineer:

Previous experience working on NHS contracts either directly or with FM contractor is preferred. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 10, so previous management or supervisory experience is required. Knowledge of commercial building maintenance, reactive repair and quoted works is essential - PFI experience is advantageous. Complete audits, H&S assessments and ensure all SLA and KPI's are met. Strong client communication skills Full UK Driving License
