The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Service Manager - ICT Services to join the Digital, Data and Operations team. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

Ensuring the Authority's core ICT services are reliable, secure and perform to agreed service levels, enabling staff and the Mayor to work effectively. Providing strong client-side leadership and assurance for the Authority's main ICT contract and other technology partners and service providers. Managing service performance, operational risk and escalation, and driving continuous improvement across ICT services. Supporting delivery of organisational priorities by ensuring ICT services are operationally ready, well supported and resilient.
