On a day to day basis, the role will involve a very high degree of articulate communication, liaison and coordination, building rapport, credibility and confidence.
You will be office based, in a beautiful, modern and spacious setting, working together a very small, capable and supportive team. A passion for technology and an ability to work intensively with IT systems is essential in this complex paperless operation and requires an outcome-focused individual with the ability to negotiate and overcome obstacles and friction points which may arise through complex and dynamic service provision.

Duties
Provide an effective, professional and friendly support service to Customers and Occupational Therapists
Manage Customer Services from initial point of contact through to production of Proposals for Services using established workflows, procedures and templates.
Organise and co-ordinate Service setup from initial Customer Instruction using established workflows, procedures and templates
Manage and co-ordinate Service delivery through to conclusion using established workflows, procedures and templates.
Oversee the production of a range of documents and reports to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Contribute to the production and delivery of content through The OT Centre's online channels
Effective use of The OT Centre IT Business Systems integral to the effective operation of this role and responsibilities.
General administrative duties supporting office and business operations and the company directors
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Previous experience in a service management role is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
