We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Full Time, Service Manager role within our Whole Life Pathway, Mental Wellbeing Service in Adult Social Care.

In Southampton, we face the challenges familiar to local authorities across the country. We have robust plans in place to meet those challenges that we've named 'Adapt, Grow, Thrive' and are confident, self-aware, and focused. We know what we need to do, how we're going to do it, and the evidence shows we're making really good progress in improving how we work and the difference we make to people's lives.

We share the #SocialCareFuture Vision, to enable us all 'to live in place we call home, with the people and things we love, in communities where we look out for each other, doing the things that matter to us'. In September, we're changing the way we work to strengthen our approach and ensure that we work with our partners to keep residents healthy, independent, connected and contributing to society. We want to ensure that our community and people who access our services feel safe, supported, and connected enabling each person to live independently with opportunities to use technology enabled care and self-serve wherever possible.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your innovation, creativity, and leadership to create positive changes that enhance the quality of life for people. As Service Manager, you will lead and manage a staff team to ensure we meet statutory and locally agreed obligations and comply with all relevant legislation. We need agile leadership at all levels to embed a positive learning culture, we really are proud to fail, learn, and celebrate success!
