Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a Together Service in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, and ensure that the team achieves the highest standards and quality in service user led delivery. Embed service user leadership in all aspects of care and service delivery and deliver on business plan objectives. Ensure the effective management of risk, quality practice and delivery of mental health and social care support within the organisation's assurance frameworks. Engage with a range of partners and stakeholders to maximise the opportunities available for service users, particularly within their local communities, which demonstrates the organisational commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and the wellbeing of local communities (social value) and actively supports the identification of opportunities for service development.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
This service is a support Living / Accommodation Service - we require candidates with proven experience or experience in working in Mental Health services.
