About us

W R Davies are a family business who started trading in Berriew near Welshpool in 1924, so we are celebrating our 101st year! We have since expanded to 10 sites holding 14 franchises through Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales.

These consist of Toyota (3), Nissan (3), Citroen (2), Peugeot, Ford car, Ford CV, DS, Renault and Dacia.

All sites also operate a used car departments and full aftersales facilities.

We aim to support the comminuties in which we operate and to be fair and honest with both staff and customers.

Our workshop at Rhyl was expanded and fully refurbished some 18 months ago and provides a great opportunity to grow our service car and commercial vehicles business.

Job Overview:

We invite you to join W R Davies Rhyl to manager our Nissan and Ford aftersales franchises. Working with the service advisors and technician team you will oversee the smooth running of our after sales operation to deliver a quality service, customer satisfaction and to achieve departmental targets.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Manager or related position

- Understanding of automotive systems

- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: 37,000.00-55,000.00 per year
