Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to join our busy Aftersales department in Scarborough. You must be enthusiastic, outgoing and a process driven individual who puts customer service at the forefront of all they do.

As a Service Manager at Drive Motor Retail, you will be the first point of support for our Aftersales staff and you will play a vital role in managing the department, allocating work loads and ensuring the customers experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Responsibilities:



To ensure all the benefits provided by Drive to their customers will be offered on all opportunities in an effective way. You are expected to monitor, coach and train Service Advisors to achieve business goals. You and your team should strive to achieve the accepted customer satisfaction standards and customer retention. Complaints should be managed and resolved effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures. To take responsibility for the profit of the department and actively strive to achieve budgets set. Maintain and review reports regularly to look at staff efficiencies and productivity. Produce reports in a timely manner for board meetings. Ensure all Drive processes are fully adhered to. Take responsibility for any health and safety issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in an Assistant Service Manager / Service Manager role. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and scheduling abilities Ability to motivate and push team members to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
