Service & Maintenance Manager
to join our busy office team at
Style Scotland
. You'll play a key role in coordinating all service and maintenance operations--ensuring our engineers, clients, and internal teams are aligned and informed.
This is an ideal position for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office service team
Plan and schedule all service and maintenance tasks
Communicate with site-based service engineers via phone and email
Liaise with the contracts team to ensure smooth coordination
Prepare and send quotes for repairs, contract renewals, and new business
Issue relevant documents and paperwork to clients
Order parts and manage stock levels effectively
Maintain and update our CRM system daily
Complete client pre-qualification forms and internal online paperwork
Handle incoming phone calls professionally
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
