About the Service
Step into the wonderful world of Rainbow Court, a supported living community for 19 people with combined sight and hearing loss. Tenants enjoy a safe, empowering environment with modern flats, communal spaces including a training kitchen and IT facilities, gardens, allotments, and greenhouses!

What we're looking for
Experience managing regulated or supported living services, ideally in older persons, mental health, or learning disability.
Strong skills in care delivery, staff supervision, rota management, and budgeting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Level 3 Health & Social Care minimum (Level 5 leadership preferred; training available for Deputies stepping up)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable
No deafblind experience? Full training and ongoing support provided!
What you'll do
Inspire and lead a team of Care & Support Workers and Team Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards, fostering openness, accountability, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with tenants, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
Oversee day-to-day operations, including rotas, budgets, and records, with a focus on safety, empowerment, and outcomes
