Service Office Administrator

Job Description

We are a family run business looking for an office administrator to assist in our busy service and maintenance office. We are looking for an individual with experience in Microsoft and has strong organisation skills.

:

- Answering calls

- Processing emails, schedule appointments & live jobs on our online system

- Communicating with customers and engineers.

- Assisting with ordering materials and tracking deliveries.

- Assisting with various other general office duties.

Working Hours: 7am - 5pm daily

Previous experience working in this field or in construction is preferred.
Rate of pay will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 9.00-13.00 per hour
