Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to a positive experience within our establishment.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Inspect, service, and repair equipment as required (Training will be provided) Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently Keep accurate records of work completed and report any faults or hazards Maintain a safe and tidy working environment Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable. Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage. Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail. Demonstrated capability in upselling products or services effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyse situations critically.
Requirements

Must of held a UK driving licence for over 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifications. DBS required, No prior conviction.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14,148.75-37,146.90 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
