Job Summary



This role provides training administrative support to Survitec operational trainers, ensuring trainees receive the right information, training materials and support for them to succeed in completing their development modules. Provides analysis of training feedback in support of continuous improvement and prioritisation of need


Duties and responsibilities




Provides training administration support to ensure service technicians have access to and understand their individual training pathway

Helps define and issue effective training support materials, so that trainees know how and when to access and complete online and face to face training materials and events Works with operational managers to provide travel and accommodation support for long distance training events, ensuring payment for travel is allocated to the appropriate budgets Supports the functional manager to develop appropriate travel budgets, based on predicted volume of events and their locations, travel policy parameters and real-world cost variance analysis

Ensures third-party service stations receive accurate quotes and invoices for training and certification support; provides a single point of contact for all training related third-party or internal training questions, referring to senior colleagues for answers to more complex questions

Maintains training records and certificate data repository; works with Master Trainers to plan refresher training schedule that optimises trainee availability whilst ensuring certificate remain current

Gathers and analyses information from the business to support Master Trainers to continuously improve Survitec service technician training

Carries out training records audits, ensuring information held is up to date and accurate, flagging any requirements for refresher

Utilises practical work experience to review and update key processes, standards and training content Supports the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps learning gaps; recommends priorities for Learning and Development interventions

Resolves training queries from internal or external customers, referring to Master Trainers for complex content queries

Experience and qualification



Educated to High School / Further Education level with 2 A levels or equivalent 1 - 3 years of general work experience enables the role holder to work unsupervised * No formal management experience is required for this role
