Here at J W Rigby we are a trusted Isuzu 4 x 4 and commercial vehicle dealership, known for delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and genuine Isuzu expertise.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive service parts and warranty advisor / administrator to join our team. It is a varied, customer-focused position combining service advising, parts coordination and administrative support within our busy dealership.

You will be the first point of contact for customers booking services, ordering parts, and making enquiries. Working closely with our workshop technicians and management team, you'll ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and handling service & repair bookings (via phone, email and in person) Raise job cards providing estimates and liaising with technicians to keep customers informed. Managing the ordering, stock control and invoicing of parts and accessories. Preparing warranty and service paperwork. Oversee warehouse operations, receiving parts deliveries & ensuring proper storage and handling of automotive parts. Collaborate with the automotive repair team to facilitate equipment repair and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all operational activities. General housekeeping within the office environment.

Requirements

Strong administrative and IT skills (DMS/CRM systems experience an advantage) Excellent communication and customer care skills. Keen attention to detail and a positive, "can-do" attitude Ability to manage a busy workload and work as part of a team. Clean Driving Licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
