Package Details:

• Salary \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa323,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa326,000 (Depending on level of experience)
• 20 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Wednesday 08:00am \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 08:30am \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 08:30am \xe2\x80\x93 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and administrate local contractual and non-contractual service jobs.
• Manage service in an optimal and cost-effective way for the customer and business.
• Ensure timely notifications for local contracts to the customers.
• Customer day-to-day contact.
• Ensuring spare parts are ordered and available for technicians prior to service jobs taking place.
• Ensuring shop floor planner is kept updated.
• Location planning & logistics, monitoring vessel schedule and adjust planning if required.
• Registering service job in internal system / SAP, ensure correct documentation.
• Handling of service complaints and other customer requests
• Limited billing, to the special customers
• Handle problems and mend customer relations in case of complaints
• Active follow-up and evaluation

Required Skills:

• Exceptional Administration skillsn \xe2\x80\x93 SAP would be an advantage.
• Great customer service skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Problem solving skills would also be beneficial.
