Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a marketing assistant to join our vibrant team in Brazil.

We export 90% of our sales to approximately 126 countries. We have an expanding operation in LATAM with offices in Sao Paulo and Mexico. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and developing local service sales focusing on customer satisfaction and maximizing the service revenue and installed base coverage (territory Brazil north).
Key Duties include:
Effectively promoting Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEM and distributor markets
Identifying up sale and cross sale opportunities
Following up existing leads and maximizing service business opportunities
Nurturing relationships with existing customers, to retain loyalty whilst developing customer service opportunities
Creating sales quotations, order management and facilitating service/product delivery
Working closely with generator sales personnel and Field Service personnel in developing business leads
Updating company CRM system and/or internal controls with all relevant customer information and orders
Prospecting new sales based on previous information from end users and service registers, both for service contracts and paid visits offers
Follow up all contracts agreement processes and documentation needed as well as following the renewals deadlines with customers
Feeding service and finance with all information regarding the orders in general
Work closely with service back office to improve procedures and customer support
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will speak English and have previous experience in technical sales.
You will also possess
Technical degree in science (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics)
Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure against tight deadlines
Good practical skills and methodical approach to solve daily issues
Ability to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities
Ability to ensure that objectives and standards are achieved and formally address, quickly and constructively, in line with company procedures
The drive to motivate and support the teams to realise their full potential and objectives
