Role Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote (hybrid possible if desirable)/5% office vs 95% remote-Bristol areas

Duration: 17/11/2025

Pay Rate: 447 GBP/day inside IR35




Must hold an active SC Clearance

Your role

As an integral part of our ServiceNow team, you'll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective.


As part of the team, you'll be empowered to: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices. Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and consistency across all ServiceNow modules. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team. To ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements, ensuring customer platforms are leverage the best features and functionalities to drive innovation.


Your skills and experience

Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Wide-ranging experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including custom applications and integrations. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting languages. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
