Hybrid working

: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience. Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency. Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.

Your skills and experience


We're looking for people who bring a mix of technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. If you don't meet every requirement but feel excited about the role, we encourage you to apply.

Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes. Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations. Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools. Programming skills in JavaScript. A problem-solving and analytical approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
