Location:

To cover across one or more of our 4 Housing services in Govanhill, Cardonald, Queen Margaret Drive & Maryhill.

Hours:

Various shifts available covering days, nights & weekends,

you choose what you are available to cover.

Salary:

Dayshift = 12.60 per hourNightshift = 12.70

Driving Licence:

Manual UK licence & own car desirable but not essential

We're looking for

Sessional Support Workers

to join our

Housing Resettlement Services

, supporting individuals in the community with:

Mental health challenges Trauma and addiction recovery Social isolation and tenancy sustainment
Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

What You'll Be Doing



To support and enable individuals to maintain their accommodation; develop budgeting skills, cook nutritional meals and managing their home. Signposting and sourcing appropriate services such as Health Care, Housing Associations, Case Workers, Addiction/Recovery Services. To carry out assessments and reviews of support needs as and when necessary due to the changing needs and aspirations of individuals. To carry out Risk Enablement Plans as and when necessary due to the changing needs and aspirations of individuals. Working with individuals to achieve their desired Support & Development Goals through use of an Outcome Measurement Framework called Better Futures. To support individuals to improve their quality of life.
