We're looking for

sessional Residential Support Workers

to join our team on a flexible, casual basis. Whether you're experienced and qualified, or just starting out and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. You'll provide support when regular staff are on leave or additional help is needed--and play an important role in maintaining the stability and care in our homes.

The Role

As a sessional support worker, you'll:

Build positive relationships with children and young people and support them through everyday routines Create a nurturing, safe environment by offering structure, guidance and care Work closely with other staff and clinical professionals to follow individual care plans Support with daily activities like school runs, meals, key work sessions, and recreational outings Help children develop their confidence, independence, and ability to regulate emotions

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified applicants. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to learn.

Essential:

You must be 21 or over Willing to work sleep-in shifts (paid at 70 per night) A full UK driving licence and access to a car A calm, reliable and reflective approach Willingness to undertake training (if unqualified) Some experience working with children or young people--this could be in care, education, youth work, or similar

If you are qualified

, you'll have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and experience working in a residential care setting with children who have complex needs.
