Set Builder / Skilled Labourer

Based near Malmesbury | 13.00-16.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | 40+ hours/week | Permanent
Travel across Europe - 3 weeks away, 1 week UK-based per month

Set Builder / Skilled Labourer

to support the delivery of our

European showroom fit-outs

,

photo shoot sets

, and

exhibition displays

-- all crafted to the highest standard.

You'll work 3 weeks a month on-site across Europe, then either take a week off or continue working in the UK --

your choice.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in producing high-end finishes and can deliver consistently excellent work across multiple trades.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Building out Corston showrooms from empty spaces to brand-quality standard Constructing interior sets for photo shoots and exhibitions Working from briefs and drawings to deliver finishes that reflect our premium design Supporting general trades:

carpentry, light plumbing, painting, decorating

Working at height and using a wide range of tools and materials Following project plans and adapting creatively to practical on-site challenges Collaborating closely with our Building Manager and install team

You'll Need to Have:

5+ years' experience

in construction, carpentry, or skilled labouring Proven ability to deliver

high-quality finishes

Versatility across multiple trades (especially carpentry and decorating) Experience working to design briefs or brand standards Knowledge of health & safety procedures

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Willingness to travel internationally (3 weeks/month in Europe)

You'll Stand Out If You Also:

Have experience fitting out retail, showroom or exhibition spaces Are confident interpreting plans and ordering your own materials Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet Work well in a team, and can represent the Corston brand on site
