Role Opportunity
We are looking for a Full-time Sewing machinist with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic and growing company based in Baildon.
Experience is good, but certainly not essential for the right candidate.

Description of Candidate
You are willing to learn new skills, have good attention to detail, and have a strong team spirit. Reliability, flexibility, good time keeping, and a positive attitude are essential. Good spoken English is also essential.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing products by stitching and welding together fabrics to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintaining good workshop practices by ensuring a safe, clean, tidy, hazard-free working environment.
Providing accurate timings and participating in procedure refinement sessions.
Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Communicating ideas, designs, improvements, developments, and discoveries to management.
Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Physical Requirements
Lifting and carrying short distances of moderate to heavy weights
Exposure to sharp tools, moderate noise.
Manual and finger dexterity
Near Vision and Visual Colour Discrimination
Control of machinery using feet
