About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Industrial Sewing Machinists on behalf of a busy manufacturing factory in Belfast. As a trusted recruitment agency, we are seeking skilled machinists to join a dynamic production team with steady workloads and opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble a range of fabric products
? Follow specifications and adapt to varying manufacturing requirements
? Maintain quality standards across different product types
? Work as part of a skilled team within a flexible, supportive environment
Shifts Available:
? Standard: 08:00 - 16:30 or 07:00 - 15:30 (Monday to Friday)
? Overtime available after probation
? Flexitime options upon successful probation completion
Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year experience as a sewing machinist (industrial preferred)
? Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
? Experience with bespoke or non-standard products is an advantage
? English language not essential, but basic communication skills preferred
