We are seeking a dedicated SharePoint Administrator to manage and support our SharePoint Online environment within Microsoft 365, including departmental sites, MS Teams, and OneDrive applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's SharePoint environment to ensure optimal performance, robust security, effective user training, and a seamless user experience across both on?premises and cloud?based platforms.
This is a technical position that requires expertise in SharePoint architecture combined with strategic planning skills. You will play a key role in developing and enforcing governance policies, managing system configurations, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Collaboration
Develop and support collaboration by configuring and managing collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Create and manage collaboration spaces, facilitating document sharing, co-authoring, and version control.
Implement user permissions while maintaining security measures to protect sensitive data and continuing to promote teamwork and collaboration.
Advise on site structure based on business needs in conjunction with Marketing department.
Support, maintain, and develop company intranet hosted on Microsoft SharePoint online.
Migration of internal database systems to Salesforce online platform and support and maintenance of systems post migration.
Provide IT Administration support for company Active Directory / Azure Active Directory infrastructure.
System and Applications
Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and applications to address specific business needs.
Design and implement SharePoint/O365 solutions that manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint/O365 functionality, performance, permissions, and integration with other systems.
Field, review and resolve issues as escalated by internal users.
Maintain, develop, and continually improve existing company SharePoint hosted intranet.
Liaise with key staff for development of department intranet pages and publishing associated content.
Identify and implement an effective strategy to promote information content via SharePoint News and associated Microsoft365 tools.
Migrate existing in-house company database content.
Migration of records ensuring data integrity and data cleansing are maintained.
Collaborate effectively with system users to identify business needs and create ad-hoc reports. Create, maintain, and implement public and personal dashboards.
User Experience
Organise and maintain SharePoint data that is easily accessible, relevant, and up to date.
Develop user guides, and documentation to assist employees in using tools effectively.
Work with business units and key stakeholders to organise and maintain SharePoint and other O365 document storage.
Maintain consistent organisation of data within SharePoint and the company Intranet.
Organise and set up SharePoint for fast, relevant searches, including video resources.
Maintenance & Administration
Monitor and ensure sufficient storage space to prevent disruptions to business operations.
Develop process and procedure documentation in line with Network Innovations standards.
Test and maintain backup/recovery solutions using Veeam backup for O365
Work with key stakeholders to ensure SharePoint site data is up to date and relevant involving clean-up and archiving of data
Tagging and transcription of video resources stored in SharePoint/O365
Provide root cause determination in the event of failures and plan relevant mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience as a SharePoint Administrator
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience with Power Automate (Flow) solutions integrating with SharePoint.
Experience with the O365 suite of applications.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and SQL Server.
Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, and Linux environments.
Experience with network security components such as VPNs and firewalls.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Knowledge of LAN setup and maintenance as well as basic server administration skills is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 27,485.00-32,162.00 per year
