About The Role
SHE Training Administrator - Permanent Contract
Division: Central
Location: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland
As the GRAHAM business experiences a period of growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic SHE Training Administrator to assist the L&D Team.
Reporting to the SHE Training Manager, this position will be key in providing an administrative support service, including but not limited to data management and training support.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy L&D department and be able to adapt in a high pressure environment. They will have excellent IT skills, specifically MS Excel and will implement both strong team working and stellar communication skills.
Candidates with experience of the Construction industry would be of particular interest, though this is not essential.
Expected duties:

  • Assist in the administration of New Starts, Refresher, PDP & Daily Training requests.
  • Liaise with external training providers to coordinate the booking of SHE training events
  • Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information.
  • Arrange room bookings and hospitality for training events
  • Assist with the collation of attendance records
  • Monitor outstanding certificates and invoices
  • Scan and file invoices & certificates onto the data system
  • Manage the administration of the training events billing activity
  • Assist in the collation of training feedback.
  • Manage the grant recovery process
  • Deal with telephone/e-mail/post enquiries for the department
  • Undertake any other duties which may be required by SHE Training Team Leader/L&D Management
Person Specification:
Essential:
  • Proven experience in a fast paced Administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in dealing with external training providers
  • Demonstrate competence in Excel and Word
  • Pay keen attention to detail
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
Desirable:
  • Health and Safety Administrative experience
  • Previous experience working with the Construction industry
  • Experience of public sector grant claim processes
