16.00 - 20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced

MIG & TIG Welder / Fabricator

to join our team. The role involves:

Fabricating customer orders to a high standard On-site installation of fabricated components Supporting site maintenance and engineering projects Working as part of a team on customer sites when required

Responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble parts to required specifications Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings Operate welding equipment safely and effectively Use cutting and hand tools as required Follow health and safety procedures and identify potential hazards Maintain a clean and organised work area Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in

MIG and TIG welding & fabrication

Mechanical and site maintenance experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable and punctual Full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills

Sheet metal fabrication experience Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in fabrication/welding and installations (preferred)
