Quality Controller

to join our dedicated team.

As a

Shift Quality Controller

, you will be the first line of defence in ensuring that our products meet exacting customer and process specifications. From inspecting first-offs and auditing production to handling non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be hands-on and at the heart of quality assurance on the shop floor.

Working Pattern:

3 rotating shifts (9:45pm - 6:00am / 2:00pm - 10pm / 5:45am - 2:00pm ) - 38.75 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and approve first-off / last off components Conduct regular patrol checks --visual, dimensional, and mating part checks Monitor production scrap and escalate issues as needed Perform 100% product inspections when defects arise Quarantine and document non-conforming products using ERP Update Quality Control Plans and PWIs Support operators and communicate quality expectations
What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience



Hands-on quality control experience in engineering manufacturing (plastics preferred) Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset Confident communicator with ability to converse in English verbally and in writing Team player Competent with MS Office and MRP/ERP systems Skilled in the use of measuring tools (e.g., vernier, digital calipers, gauges) Ability to read engineering drawings and quality check sheets

ISO9001 / ISO13485 knowledge Internal auditing experience Previous experience with WinMan and ALS Exposure to 8D methodology Experience with CMM, Faro arm, and OGP Understanding of injection moulding and related faults
