Shift Supervisors create great experiences for partners and customers alike. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll run shifts, lead the store team and make decisions that impact store operations. This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility.

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks - EE Group in Belfast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth store operations while fostering a positive environment for both customers and team members. Your leadership will help us maintain our high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service. Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. Train new staff on company policies and procedures. Handle cash management and ensure accurate transactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Implement company policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a management role within a quick-service or fast-food environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage inventory effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
