We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the management team and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment, whether it be a restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality venues.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment while promoting teamwork and collaboration. Provide support in bartending and culinary tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility within the team. Help with training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service excellence. Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
