We are seeking a dedicated Shift supervisor to join our team at Starbucks - EE Group in Forestside Belfast. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. Implement training programs for new staff members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous barista or restaurant experience is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
