We are looking for an experienced and talented
Front of House Shift Supervisor
to join our fantastic venue.
Salary 12.80 per hour (plus Tronc)
Our Front of House Shift Supervisors support the General Manager, Assistant Manager and Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the business and maintain the high standards that have become expected from our guests.
The role ensures operational excellence within our teams and is a vital role in developing the next managers, working with budgets and forecasts, health and safety and compliance along with working with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to help strategically build on the current success of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
You have a minimum of 3 years full time experience in the hospitality sector and are ready for an additional challenge. You share our values and have genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
We want someone who understands what great customer service is and who leads, motivates and engages their team to exceed guest expectations time after time. You will already understand the importance of guest feedback, team communication and development, and will be happy to work with sales targets & budgets to drive the business forward.

you're confident in command when required but can also support your General Manager and Assistant General Manager, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our guests
you ensure excellent service quality for food and drinks, while ensuring safety and hygiene and allergen practices are followed at all times
you recognise succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline, so you're always on the lookout for talent, planning and recruiting in advance
you will be responsible for some of the openings and the closings during the week, and in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager you lead the venue as if it were your own.

The Supervisor must have prior experience at a running a shift. With a good understanding of running all aspects of a bar and restaurant and late night venue.
On top of ensuring the business runs efficiently with fantastic service and great food the successful candidate must also have barista and cocktail knowledge.

The Process:
Full Time up to 40 hours per week by shift including weekends and late night closes (we have a 3.00am licence). Shifts are generally 8, 10 or 12 hours.
Permanent Position with Immediate Start
Salary 12.80 per hour (plus Tronc)
A personal licence is required.
