What you'll do
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational procedures
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and performance
Manage inventory control processes to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting
Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning to achieve business goals
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Conduct staff interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in food service management or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
Background in fine dining or casual dining environments
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
Familiarity with culinary techniques and kitchen management
