Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the restaurant or cafe, ensuring smooth service during shifts.
Strong barista
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals while maintaining standards
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in barista positions is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
