Shift Supervisor

to join our team and play a key role in driving performance on shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the production team during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Drive efficiency and productivity to meet production targets. Monitor and maintain product quality standards. Provide accurate and timely shift data and reports. Manage, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Coordinate effectively with Setting and Engineering teams to resolve issues and minimise downtime. Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times.
About You:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (plastics experience advantageous). Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Results-driven with a focus on efficiency and quality. Able to work effectively within a 24/7 continental shift pattern.

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
