We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in supervising staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly during their shift.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and consistency. Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and culinary techniques. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements. Maintain effective communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
