Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and food production.
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Lead, train, and develop team members in culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service excellence.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with other managers to implement strategies that enhance overall restaurant performance.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with a background in serving or barista roles.
Previous experience in hotel or kitchen environments is advantageous.
