Why you're here:

The Shift Supervisor/ Team Leader is responsible for leading the Snow Patrol Team across a given shift to provide an amazing experience to all guests. You are responsible for all day-to-day matters relating to guests and team; experiences, health & Safety, service and professional standards, adherence to operating procedures and policies.

To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:



A proven track record of good leadership, preferably in a retail or leisure setting. An interest in the Snowsports and the Leisure industry, and a genuine passion for our products will be invaluable An ability to lead by example with high energy levels and able to interact at all levels with the whole team. Ability to approach stressful situations with a calm and professional attitude. Ability to provide a professional level of First Aid (First Aid qualification would be advantageous however full training will be given) Tenacity for high standard of guest service- a complete understanding guests needs in line with the brand offering and product delivery. An ability to demonstrate a guest focused approach- showing feel good energy, passion and professionalism through every interaction. Able to implement and drive a values driven culture of delivering results through the team Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Able to use these skills effectively to influence and inspire the Snow Patrol team to perform and deliver company objectives. An ability to build rapport with all levels of the team and the wider business which will deliver inspiration and delivery of results by the operations team.

Please note:

The Snow Centre is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. This role requires working shifts, that require working hours between 5am - midnight.
