Shipping Administrator
to join our team on a
permanent or part-time basis

Role Overview
As a Shipping Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational part of the business. You'll be responsible for preparing documentation, tracking freight, updating the internal system, data entry and general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, airway bills, and bills of lading.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Handling of customer enquiries and process bookings
Data entry, organising of company documents and coordination of admin tasks
Update internal systems with shipment statuses and documentation.
Support the operations team with general admin and day-to-day queries.
Assist in resolving shipment delays or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Uploading documents such as invoices, purchase orders, bills to the system
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in freight forwarding or international shipping administration (essential).
Understanding of Incoterms and basic shipping documentation such as airway bills and bills of lading
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with freight systems such as CargoWise, or similar is a plus but not essential.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
