Where You'll Make a DifferenceCoordinate domestic, import, and export shipments in line with regulatory requirements. Communicate order and delivery details to brokers and customers. Prepare and validate shipping documentation, including import licenses. Track shipments through customs clearance and delivery to warehouse. Collaborate with warehouse teams for packaging and repackaging needs. Approve carrier/vendor invoices and compare actual vs. billed costs. Create purchase requisitions for documentation and freight expenses. Provide freight cost estimates across the organization. Support continuous improvement programs (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).

What Makes You the Right FitAssociate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Certificate or training in Logistics & Supply Chain. 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of MS Office and automated systems. Fluent in business English with excellent communication skills. Highly collaborative and proactive mindset. SAP and ERP system familiarity preferred.

How Would You Stand Out?SAP basic training or hands-on experience. Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and speed. Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO).
