We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Shoe Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work cleaning, repairing, and restoring high-end footwear, while also supporting day-to-day workshop operations and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning: Deep clean and maintain all types of shoes using appropriate techniques and products. Repair & Restoration: Assist with repairs, restorations, and colour touch-ups on luxury and designer footwear. Customer Service & Care: Provide a high level of customer service in person and online, ensuring each client has a great experience. Order Management: Take, track, and update customer orders in the system. Workshop Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies. Data Collection: Record job details, materials used, and turnaround times for performance tracking. Social Media Content: Support with capturing photos and videos of cleaning and repair work for marketing purposes. Team Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards are met. Flexibility: Be willing to work overtime when required (paid).
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Knowledge of footwear materials, cleaning products, and care techniques (training provided if needed). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized. Basic tech skills for data entry and order tracking. Interest in fashion, sneakers, or shoe care is a plus. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
